Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Trainings
Though controversial, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) are distinct concepts and approaches that will influence the landscape and function of an organization for the better. Often grouped because of their somewhat overlapping relationship to one another, discretely or collectively, they can improve workplace culture and address an organization's blind spots. Tenisha approaches DEI trainings in a multi-module format. Her approach includes but is not limited to consultation with organizational leadership, mission and vision review, website scan and analysis, multiple instructional sessions, and strategic planning.
The goal of these efforts is to increase awareness, influence behavior, and inform policy and practices including hiring and onboarding. Overall, by moving beyond surface-level dialogue and performative exercises, Tenisha can help you improve the culture and climate of your organization and the health and wellness of its employees.
